Refund Policy

01Who processes payments and refunds

Payments and refunds for Orcast are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for accepting card payments, calculating tax and VAT based on the buyer's country, and processing refunds. Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, the charge appears on your card or bank statement under Lemon Squeezy (for example, "LEMONSQUEEZY.COM* ORCAST" or similar), not under DEMHA FUTURE - FZCO.

You can submit a refund request either through Lemon Squeezy or directly to us at info@demhafuture.com — we will forward it to Lemon Squeezy or issue the refund ourselves.

02Refund within 14 days

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge — whether the first charge or any subsequent renewal — if the subscription has not been substantially used.

By substantial use we mean, for example, projects that have been fully edited and exported during the paid period.

03Right of withdrawal for EU customers

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (right of withdrawal). This right applies independently of the other provisions of this policy.

Your mandatory local consumer rights always remain in force and take precedence over the terms of this page.

04Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time — via the link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt email or by writing to us. After cancellation:

• access to paid features remains until the end of the period you have already paid for;
• no further charges will be made;
• cancellation does not delete your account or erase data on your Mac.

05Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Orcast will cost $12 / month or $99 / year (once payments go live).

• Monthly: cancelling stops the next monthly charge; access remains until the end of the current paid month.
• Yearly: cancelling stops the renewal a year later; access remains until the end of the paid year. If you request a refund within 14 days of payment, we will refund the full amount (see section 03). After the 14-day window closes, no refund is provided for the unused part of the year — instead, your paid access simply remains until the end of the year.

06What is not refundable

• Fully used periods after the 14-day window has expired, where the subscription was deliberately used for editing and exporting.
• A new period that has already begun after the refund window has closed: you can cancel the subscription to stop paying further, but the charge for the current period is not refunded.

07The app is free to install and try

Orcast is free to download, install, and run. The first 5 minutes of any edit are available for free, without limits. A paid subscription is only needed for full editing and export.

So you can try the product without paying anything — payment concerns the subscription only.

08How to request a refund

1. Write to info@demhafuture.com with the subject "Refund — Orcast".
2. Include the email address the subscription is registered to and, if possible, your Lemon Squeezy receipt number.
3. We will reply and process the refund within a reasonable time. Funds are returned via the same method used for payment.

09Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE (Emirate of Dubai). For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of local consumer law remain in force, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
